Patient Safety 365

Every day, every patient

Patient safety is a continuum. The effort to advance safe patient care requires a holistic view of the people and situations that impact the process. Each time someone asks a question or takes a closer look at a procedure or event, patient safety advances. This effort, and remaining steadfast to the goal of patient safety, is like a mosaic. For health care providers, patients, community members, solutions providers, researchers, patient advocates, and all those committed to safe care —  their actions are the individual pieces of an overall design for which we all share responsibility.

Patient safety deserves attention every day, 365 days a year. Patient Safety 365 at the 14th annual Patient Safety Congress is about the endless evolution and progress of keeping patient care safe.
