Looking Back: 2011 Congress

The 13th Annual NPSF Patient Safety Congress was held May 25-27, 2011, at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.

  • Shared Decision Making to Promote Accountability between Patients and Providers
